Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on the weight and quantity of your order. The exact cost will be shown at checkout before you pay, so you always know what you are paying before confirming your order. Heavier orders (for example, multiple bags of rice or bulk items) will have a higher delivery charge than lighter orders.
Free delivery on qualifying orders
Orders over a certain value qualify for free standard delivery within mainland UK. The free delivery threshold is shown in your cart as you shop. Or collect from Charlton for free, always.

The delivery charge is based on the total weight and quantity of your order. Heavier orders (for example, multiple bags of rice or boxes of tinned goods) will cost more to deliver than lighter orders (for example, a few packets of spices). The exact delivery cost is shown at checkout before you confirm your order, so there are no surprises.
Because delivery is calculated by weight and quantity. Adding a 10kg bag of rice to your order will increase the delivery charge more than adding a packet of seasoning cubes. The updated delivery charge is always shown in your cart in real time.
Choose Click and Collect at checkout. Collection from our Charlton warehouse (29 Penhall Road, SE7 8RX) is always free, no matter how large your order is. Orders over a qualifying amount may also receive free standard delivery.
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
If your order has not been dispatched yet, contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will update the address. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
The driver will follow any delivery instructions you added at checkout (for example, "leave with neighbour at number 12"). If no instructions were given, the driver will attempt to contact you by phone. If they cannot reach you, the parcel will be returned to the depot and redelivered the next working day.
Yes. Fresh produce (yams, plantains, scotch bonnets, okra) and frozen items are packed with appropriate insulation. Within London, our own drivers deliver directly from the warehouse so the cold chain is maintained. For deliveries outside London via DPD, items are packed with ice packs.
Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from the "Track an order" page on the website, or from your account dashboard if you are logged in.
There is no minimum order for retail customers on asikoexpress.com. You can order as little or as much as you like. Wholesale orders on asikofoods.com have a minimum order of £200.
Yes, we deliver to Northern Ireland via standard delivery. Next day delivery is not available for Northern Ireland. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days.
